Memorandum of Understanding for the Invited Partner exchange relationship. Core obligation: 1 piece of clinical intelligence per quarter (Track 1 long-form or Track 2 story). In return: complementary Pro tier ($65/mo or $650/yr value), full Intelligence Vault, marketplace listing, 60/40 co-creation eligibility, salons.
CPN Co-Creation Revenue Share Agreement
Governs jointly-created Digital Assets (CE modules, masterclasses, clinical templates). 60/40 split in Creator's favor. Roles, IP rights, monthly payouts via ACH within 15 days of month-end.
CPN Master Program Architecture
