Triage flow.

When applications start landing, the triage path is roughly:

Public form on /apply. Lands in Netlify Forms dashboard. Mirror to Airtable via Zapier (next-agent task).

Triage
YC + Ayesha review weekly. Tag tier candidate, status → Reviewing.

Salon invite
Promising candidates get inaugural-cohort salon invite. ~2 weeks lead.

Debrief
48-hour post-salon 1:1 debrief. Tier proposal + commitment agreement.

Onboard
Welcome kit, voice library access, marketplace setup. Status → Accepted.
